Danobat Universal CNC Grinder Model UG-41 B/H UG-41 ISO - 14001 Danobat S.Coop. presents its new generation of Universal Cylindrical Grinders, the UG-41. The CNC controlled automatic wheel head swiveling permits precision grinding of ODs, faces, tapers and IDs in the same clamping. This swivel can be BH (indexed every degree) or B (continuous with a minimum programmable increment of 0.0001degrees). In both options, the swiveling system is integrated in the wheel head body, thereby obtaining greater rigidity and excellent precision and repeatability of positioning. The 3-wheel configuration allows the possibility to handle most jobs with maximum flexibility and precision. This brand is completed with the universal manual (U) and straight/angular (S/A) wheel head models. The precision work head facilitates optimal accuracy including roundness and cylindricity of round/cylindrical parts. Optionally, a C-axis can be added for the grinding of shapes and threads. The grinder is easy to use due to the user friendly control panel and "DanOp" user-friendly Software. Based in a completely modular design and with a graphical interface, the user is able to complete the machine settings, the wheel-dressing management, and the grinding program quickly in minimal time and with minimal training.
