Danobat Precision Universal CNC Cylindrical Grinder Model UG-51 The UG-51 incorporates the CNC controlled automatic wheelhead swiveling, which permits precision grinding of OD's, faces, tapers and ID's in the same clamping. This swivel can be BH (indexed every degree) or B (continuous with a minimum programmable increment of 0.0001 degree). In both options, the swiveling system is integrated in the wheelhead body, obtaining great rigidity and excellent precision and repeatability of positioning. The configuration allows maximum flexibility and precision. This model is available with a wide variety of wheel configurations that are well suited for virtually any ID/OD application. The high precision workhead enables grinding of the most precise levels of roundness and cylindricity. Optionally, a C-axis can be added for the grinding of shapes and threads. The ease of use of this grinder is one of its trademarks. The DanOp User-friendly Software minimizes set up and programming for optimal production. Based in a completely modular design and with a new graphic interface, the user is able to complete the machine settings, the wheel-dressing management, and the grinding programming, as straight forward tasks.
