Built for rugged, high-volume production, the horizontal spindle H-15W combines proven machine tool standard components, computer-optimized cast-iron construction, and a powerful 15 -hp (11 kw) spindle drive. The traveling column design makes it ideal for transfer line duty or arraigned in a cell. Superior workpiece accessibility makes loading or transfer easy, whether manual or automated. The Cell-Con No 3 JIC mount is a key to the application flexibility of the Cell-Con Wing. It permits easy integration with a dial index table, transfer lines, or other arrangements, including a standard HMC. GE Fanuc Series 21 MB controls and Alpha Series AC brushless servo motors deliver the power and positioning accuracy you need.
