The EDNC20 delivers high-level machining performance in a large-capacity machine. When equipped with the HS-Rib high-speed Z-axis, the EDNC20 can achieve jump motions up to 20m/min, which can provide up to a 60 percent reduction in cycle time with minimal electrode wear when compared to traditional processes. The machine utilizes a stationary work table design with a programmable rise and fall front door, and integrates the di-electrode reservoir into the base casting of the to minimize the machine foot print. The EDNC20 is equipped with the Hyper-i control that contains many practical advanced functions that assist the operator with programming and machine operation, and features an intuitive graphical interface using a high definition 24” class touch screen display for user-friendly operation.
