ZPS CDNC H63 High Performance Horizontal Machining Center Classic version of the horizontal machining centre with rotary table and automatic pallet changer for complex power and accurate machining of box shaped and flat pieces with max. dimensions of 800 x 630 x 990 mm. (31.5 x 24.8 x 39") Maximum pallet load 5,500 lb This is a full four axis machining center, not cheap a 1 degree like the competition. Machine design is based on traversable column (Z-axis). Headstock travels within its frame structure (vertical Y-axis). X-axis travel belongs to the saddle with rotary table. B-axis = NC rotary table with pallet. Spindle drive with planetary gearbox gives full power / S6 - 40% : 17 / 25 kW (23/35 hp) at max. speed of : 8,000 rpm, Torque / S6 - 40% : 415 / 611 Nm (315/444 ft-lb) Digit al AC feed servo drives, Ball screws driven via timing belts, Ball screws diameters 63mm (2.5") Linear roller ways in all all axes. Machine is equipped with automatic tool changer, chain magazine and 102 tool capacity. Automatic pallet changer considerably increases labour productivity, enables workpiece clamping, releasing and gauging on the pallet outside the machine�s working space during working cycle.
